If you’re dealing with injuries, postural imbalances, chronic tension, or persistent pain, Myofascial Integration Massage offers focused, results-oriented care designed to help you move and feel better.
  Each session blends assessment and targeted techniques to release fascial restrictions, support healing, and restore mobility. These treatments are rehabilitative rather than relaxation-based and can involve deeper, more specific work as needed.
  Ideal for clients addressing chronic pain patterns or recovering from injury, this approach helps create long-term balance and ease throughout the body.
 
•2 hour sessions are for treatment focusing on specific areas of either upper body OR lower body.
•Full-body sessions require booking a 2.5-hour (full body with focus on 1 or 2 problem areas), or 3-hour sessions (full body with focus on 2 or more areas) to ensure thorough and effective care.
• If you have problem areas that need more focus and attention, your first sessions may be focused on either upper body OR Lower body only and working towards full body as we correct any imbalances.

MyoFascial Integration Massage

Therapeutic Massage targets day-to-day tension, restrictions, and muscle adhesions through a combination of slow, deep strokes, myofascial release, relaxation techniques, and joint mobility work.
  This treatment is ideal for clients experiencing general tension, stress, or acute discomfort. It helps restore ease and movement while promoting deep relaxation and balance in the body.
  For chronic pain, postural issues, or recurring areas of restriction, a Myofascial Integration Massage is recommended. This advanced session addresses long-term patterns and helps prepare your body to transition into ongoing therapeutic maintenance treatments.
