Therapeutic Massage targets day-to-day tension, restrictions, and muscle adhesions through a combination of slow, deep strokes, myofascial release, relaxation techniques, and joint mobility work.
  This treatment is ideal for clients experiencing general tension, stress, or acute discomfort. It helps restore ease and movement while promoting deep relaxation and balance in the body.
  For chronic pain, postural issues, or recurring areas of restriction, a Myofascial Integration Massage is recommended. This advanced session addresses long-term patterns and helps prepare your body to transition into ongoing therapeutic maintenance treatments.

•Full-body sessions, require booking a 2-hour (full body with focus on 1 problem area),  •2.5-hour, or 3-hour sessions (full body with focus on 2 or more areas) to ensure thorough and effective care. 
• If you have problem areas that need more focus and attention, your first sessions may be focused on either upper body OR Lower body only and working towards full body as we correct any imbalances.
